These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Axionox (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
Axionox is provided by Nexornova Technologies Private Limited (“Nexornova”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a software company registered in India.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using Axionox, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Axionox is an AI-based conversational assistant that generates responses to user prompts. The Service is currently available without any login or account creation. Anyone may access and use the chat interface subject to these Terms.
The Service is provided for informational and conversational purposes only and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other type of certified advice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When you use Axionox, you may submit text or other content through the chat interface (“User Content”). You remain responsible for the content you provide.
By submitting User Content, you grant Nexornova a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the sole purposes of:

Axionox currently operates without login or account creation. We do not require you to provide your name, email address, or other personal identifiers in order to use the chat.
For the web version of Axionox, conversation context is maintained using temporary session storage so that the assistant can remember the ongoing conversation while you continue interacting. This session-based data:
The Android application may temporarily process data on-device or through our backend only for the purpose of generating responses and enabling features of the app. We do not currently provide any login, account system, or long-term storage of user-specific conversation history.
Our Privacy Policy provides additional information about how we handle information in connection with the Service.
Responses provided by Axionox are generated using artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate in certain contexts. You should not rely on Axionox for decisions that could result in harm, loss, or legal or financial consequences without independent verification.
Nexornova does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any output generated by Axionox. You use the Service and any content it produces at your own risk.
The Service is under active development and may change over time. We may introduce new features, including but not limited to login, accounts, saved histories, or additional integrations in the future.
If our data practices or access model change (for example, if we introduce persistent accounts or conversation history), we will update these Terms and, where applicable, our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service after such updates will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that may cause harm to others, to Nexornova, or to the stability or security of the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Nexornova makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexornova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
